As a member, you will be able to try a variety of products, classes, playlands, and experiences that are specially curated for mothers like you, all at a special member rate. This allows you to explore and experience them without having to commit to paying the full price or purchasing a full package upfront.

In addition, members will also have the opportunity to participate in our monthly giveaway contests, join exclusive events, and enjoy other special perks created just for our community of mothers. ✨

No, you don’t have to use all your credits in one day. You can take your time to explore and try the different products, classes, and experiences we have curated for you. However, please note that delivery fees for products are charged on a per order basis.

No worries! If you are on a paid ZÉRA MOM CLUB membership, you can easily purchase more credits anytime. Simply tap on “Top Up Credits” to add more and continue enjoying the offerings.

Your credits will roll over as long as you maintain an active paid ZÉRA MOM CLUB membership. You can roll over up to the number of credits in your monthly plan. For example, if you are on a 36-credit plan, you can roll over up to 36 unused credits into the following month, and they will appear in your account after your membership renews. If you decide to cancel your membership, any remaining credits will be forfeited on the last day of your membership.

If you are on a trial, you will have access to your free credits until the trial end date. After that date, any unused trial credits will expire unless you subscribe to one of the paid credit plans, in which case your unused credits will be rolled over to your membership.

For products, orders are non-refundable once they are confirmed. However, don’t worry — we will confirm with you before checking out so you can review your selected items before the order is placed.

For experiences (such as classes, playlands, and other activities), each reservation will show its cancellation window when you book (usually 12 hours before the session). If you cancel within the allowed time, the credits used will automatically be returned to your account. If you cancel after the cancellation window, the credits used for that booking will be forfeited.

Yes, a flat delivery fee applies for product orders. The fee is RM5.90 for West Malaysia and RM15.90 for East Malaysia. Please note that the delivery fee is charged per order. For example, if you select Item A and Item B in one order, the delivery fee will be charged once for that order. If you place another order later for Item C, a separate delivery fee will apply for that new order.

If you miss a reservation without cancelling, your credit will be forfeited

You can cancel both trial and paid memberships at any time. Please note that cancellations will take effect immediately, and any remaining credits will be forfeited on the last day of your membership.
