Product Descriptions

1. Programme Structure
OLOE operates on a class pass system where parents purchase session credits. Each credit allows
attendance to one class, subject to availability.
2. Validity of Class Pass
All passes are valid for a fixed duration. Unused credits after expiry will be forfeited.
3. Booking & Attendance
Classes must be pre-booked. Slots are first-come, first-served. Students should arrive on time.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior. Late notice will result in deduction of one credit.
5. No-Show Policy
Absence without notice will result in automatic deduction of one credit.
6. Fees & Payments
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved.
7. Class Changes
OLOE reserves the right to adjust schedules, coaches, or formats when necessary.
8. Student Conduct
Students must behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
9. Health & Safety
Parents must ensure children are fit to attend. Inform OLOE of any medical conditions.
10. Media & Marketing
OLOE may use photos/videos for marketing unless parents opt out in writing.
11. Liability Disclaimer
OLOE is not responsible for loss of belongings or unforeseen incidents.
12. Amendments
OLOE may update these terms at any time.
13. Agreement
Enrollment confirms acceptance of all terms stated.
