Terms & conditions : 
- To secure a spot for your child, please ensure payment is made in advance. Slots are limited, and payment confirms your reservation. No walk-in allowed
- In the event your child is unable to attend the session, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to other families
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations or absences unless the spot can be filled by another participant
- If your child misses a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement session may be offered based on availability. Please contact us to discuss options
- Messy play involves fun and getting dirty! We recommend dressing your child in old clothes or bringing along an extra set to change into after the session. We also suggest bringing a towel and a plastic bag for dirty clothes
- While our team provides a safe environment and supervises the activities, we kindly request that parent or guardian remain on the premises during the session
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts to allow time for settling in. This helps ensure that your child can fully enjoy the experience
